Our Story

Maddie founded Advanced Scope in 2022 to revolutionize healthcare staffing by blending the best of internal and external recruiting. She spent most of her career leading Talent Acquisition teams and serving as an HR Leader. Frustrated by high recruiter fees and subpar results, she set out to offer private practices cost-effective hiring solutions without relying on expensive job boards or mega staffing firms.

A New England native, Maddie earned her degree in Health Sciences and Spanish from the University of Rhode Island. She began her career at a nonprofit hospital, sparking her passion for connecting healthcare providers with meaningful careers. After eight years in corporate and staffing recruitment, she launched Advanced Scope to better serve private practices.

Maddie is an AAOE speaker for 2025, sharing strategies to build a culture that attracts top talent. She’s also involved with AAPA and has had speaking presentations sponsored by the organization. As the host of Healthy Careers podcast, Maddie connects with industry leaders, expanding her network far beyond traditional recruiters.

Now living on a farm in Georgia, Maddie spends her time with family, staying active, and playing piano and guitar. Her favorite artists include Marcus King, Toby Keith, and Chris Stapleton.
